🚚 Shipping Policy

1. 📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped with tracking details.

2. 🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping Partners: We work with leading courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.
Shipping Time: 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges:
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Standard shipping charge of ₹49 – ₹99 for orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available at an extra charge of ₹50 (optional).

3. 🌍 International Shipping (Optional)

We ship internationally to select countries.
Shipping Time: 7–21 business days.
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Customs duties/taxes (if any) are to be borne by the customer.

4. 📍 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order from the "Track My Order" page on our website.

5. ❌ Delays or Issues

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier delays beyond our control. Please reach out to us at [your support email or WhatsApp] if your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days.

6. 🚫 Undelivered Orders / RTO (Return to Origin)

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:

For prepaid orders, we will reship it once after confirming the address.
For COD orders, repeated RTOs may lead to COD being disabled for your account.
